Sustainability
Being a primary wholesale distributor of fresh vegetables, we recognise that our company’s operations have direct impacts on the environment and the communities we serve. Adhering to ESG Principles ensures that our company is proactively making conscious efforts to operate sustainably and responsibly.

Environmental
We aspire to adhere to environmentally friendly practices in our management of resources and pollution generated from our business activities. In managing environmental sustainability matters, we will focus on, amongst others, the following:
Renewable Energy
We installed a solar photovoltaic system at our Senai Centralised Distribution Centre, generating __ kilowatt-hours of clean energy annually. This initiative supplements our power supply, reduces carbon footprint by __ metric tons of CO2 emissions per year, and aligns with Malaysia's decarbonisation targets.
Reduce Waste
We established a designated area for storage of organic waste from fresh vegetables, including vegetable scraps, trimmings, and damaged produce, for processing. This initiative has allowed us to collect ____ kilograms of organic waste monthly, diverting it from landfills.
Additionally, we encourage local growers to collect organic waste, with over ____ kilograms repurposed as animal feed or fertiliser each month. We also reused pallets to optimise warehouse space, saving costs and minimising environmental impact.
Environmental-Friendly Packaging
We have reduced the use of non-biodegradable materials in packaging processes and repurposed used packaging as cushioning material within delivery boxes. Our choices include adopting environmentally friendly alternatives such as biodegradable plastics and recyclable/compostable packaging materials.
Paper Reduction
We promote the use of digitalisation to reduce paper printing and encourage paper recycling, thus reducing waste sent to landfills. This initiative has resulted in a significant decrease in paper consumption and an increase in paper recycling efforts, contributing to waste reduction and environmental sustainability.
